Have no fear, the drink of the year is here! I love my first of the morning drink concoction. And for those of you who fear trying new things, I promise it’s tasty and you will barely even notice the apple cider vinegar.
This drink helps stimulate digestion, release toxins from the liver and jump start your digestive enzymes. It also aids in weight loss, helps control blood sugar, boosts energy, improves immunity, metabolism, digestion, acne, hair, breath, and more.
- 1 cup warm or room temp. water
- juice from 1 lemon
- 1 tsp. Bragg’s Raw Apple Cider Vinegar (I actually put 2 tsp.)
- 1 tsp. raw honey
- Pinch of Cinnamon
For best results, drink this concoction first thing in the morning on an empty stomach about 20-30 minutes before you eat. This helps your stomach to absorb the vitamins, nutrients, and minerals from the ACV, lemon and honey.
